Exchange and returns

Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are free for domestic orders.

Instructions for return

If the jewelry you bought in the online store was not the right size, or the product did not fully meet your expectations, you can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are free of charge for domestic orders. For shipments being returned from abroad, the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

How to make a return

1. Fill out the return form that came with the order:

If you want to change the size of the product, enter the new size of the product and your original order number on the form (1300...) We will send you another size to your home country without shipping costs, if the desired size of the product is available in our warehouse.

If you want to return the jewelry, we will be happy to hear why you want to return the product.

For returns and exchanges, securely pack the jewelry and the return form in the original packaging.

2. Send the return package to us:

Postal

Shipments received by post include a ready-made return label. Attach it to the package and return the package to the Post office. Ask for a receipt for the return.

If the address label is missing, write Posti's customer return number 600181 on the package and send the package to the address below (only in Finland). By using the return number, the return is free. Return the package to the nearest Post office. Ask for a receipt for the return.

Matkahuolto (only in Finland)

As a registered customer of Matkahuolto, you can activate a return shipment in Matkahuolto's online service. You will receive an activation code with which you can leave the return at any Matkahuolto service point.

You can also return it to the Matkahuolto service point. The return using the return code is free of charge. Ask for a receipt for the return.

Budbee

Report your return in the Budbee application by clicking "Book a return".

Choose whether the package will be picked up from your doorstep or whether you want to return it to the parcel machine. If you take the package to the vending machine, you will receive a PIN code from the application for return. For home pickup, select a pick-up time in the application.

DB Schenker

If you have picked up your order from an R-Kiosk or a Schenker pick-up point, you can return it to the same pick-up point. Pack the jewelry in the original package, include the completed return form. On the address label on top of the package, you can find the shipping ID (shipment ID), which the pick-up point staff uses to make the return shipment back to Kalevala Jewelry. Ask for a receipt for the return.

Return to the store

You can also return your order to our Keskuskatu store in Helsinki, Keskuskatu 1B. Pack the jewelry in the original package, include this completed form and take the package to our store. Please note that our stores do not handle refunds for returned orders. Reimbursement takes place after receipt of the return by the online store. Our store staff can change the size on the spot if the right size product is available in the store's stock.

Send the jewelry within 14 days of receiving the order. We will deliver a new size or refund the value of the products you returned once we have received your return.

Return conditions
  1. The order has been canceled in accordance with the order and terms of use of the Kalevala online store by notifying Kalevala Jewelry's customer service at info@kalevala.fi within 14 days of receiving the product, or the product has been returned in accordance with Kalevala Jewelry's return instructions within 14 days of delivery;
  2. The product is in the same condition as it was when delivered and all delivered parts are included in the package;
  3. The product is packed in its original packaging.
